How the COMMENCAL Rider Package Works

How the $250 COMMENCAL Rider Package works

The COMMENCAL Rider Package is a Ride Forge service and product-value package that helps you move from choosing the right COMMENCAL to getting the pedals you want.

What your $250 includes

  • Model guidance: help determining which COMMENCAL model best fits your riding style, terrain, experience and priorities.
  • Size guidance: help identifying the likely frame size using your measurements, riding preferences and current COMMENCAL geometry and sizing guidance.
  • Pedals + shipping value: your $250 package value applies toward eligible pedals and shipping, subject to current availability.

After you purchase

  1. You receive a Ride Forge confirmation with a link to the pedal-selection form.
  2. You choose a pedal style, request a specific model, or ask Ride Forge to recommend one.
  3. Ride Forge confirms that your COMMENCAL bike purchase has been completed. We may ask for your COMMENCAL order number, order confirmation, or retailer purchase confirmation.
  4. Ride Forge verifies current pedal availability, shipping cost and your model/size details.
  5. If eligible pedals plus shipping exceed $250, Ride Forge confirms the additional amount with you before ordering.
  6. Your pedals are ordered and shipped after the bike purchase is confirmed, the pedal selection is finalized and any overage is approved.

Package value

  • If eligible pedals plus shipping exceed $250, you pay the difference.
  • If they total less than $250, remaining eligible package value may be applied toward other qualifying Ride Forge products.
  • Applicable taxes are additional.
  • Pedal choices are subject to current availability.
  • Rider Package pedals are released for fulfillment only after the COMMENCAL bike purchase is confirmed.

Cancellation and refund before fulfillment

Ride Forge does not order Rider Package pedals until your COMMENCAL bike purchase is confirmed. If you do not confirm your bike purchase within 14 days and we are unable to reach you, Ride Forge may cancel the Rider Package and refund the $250 payment to your original payment method. If you need more time, contact us and we can keep your Rider Package open.

Before pedals or other eligible products are ordered, you may contact Ride Forge to request cancellation. Once Ride Forge has ordered pedals or otherwise committed funds toward your Rider Package fulfillment, the applicable product, supplier, cancellation and return terms will apply.

The bicycle is purchased separately from COMMENCAL

Ride Forge helps with model and likely frame-size selection, but the bicycle itself is purchased directly from COMMENCAL or, where applicable, an authorized COMMENCAL retailer. If you pick up the bike from COMMENCAL or an existing COMMENCAL retailer, final physical fitment, assembly, setup and adjustments are handled by COMMENCAL or that retailer at pickup.
