Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@rideforgeco.com. Once it ships, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you don’t see it within 1 hour, please contact us so we can resend it.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 5–7 business days. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the USA only. Join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently offer curbside, threshold, and white-glove delivery. For special requests, please contact us before placing your order.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Are there any fees for returns?

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee (usually 25%) may apply depending on the product.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-compliant platform. We never store your full credit card details.
