This ensures full manufacturer warranty, serial registration, and ownership. - If you selected RideForge pedals, do not add pedals to your Commencal order.

Reply to your RideForge confirmation email with either:- Your Commencal order number, or
- A screenshot / forwarded confirmation email
Size availability notice
Commencal inventory changes frequently. If your selected size is unavailable at checkout, you can:
- Select the closest available size
- Choose a similar Commencal model
- Check Commencal’s certified refurbished bikes for immediate availability
RideForge is happy to help you evaluate options before you complete your purchase.
Once your bike purchase is confirmed, RideForge will:
- Order and ship your selected pedals (if applicable)
- Apply any remaining credit to eligible RideForge accessories
- Contact you with timelines and tracking
RideForge provides purchase support and rider credit coordination. Bike purchase, warranty, and fulfillment are handled directly by Commencal.
